Here are completed projects for 2008. Ongoing and planned projects for 2009.
- VeloPark: Velodrome and Mtn Bike trails development. SWIMBA voluntered have voluntered more than 3000 hours to this project.

- Shafer Butte: Trails development, Spring clean up will start as sson as the snow is gone. Contact the trail committee if you are interseted in partcipating.
- Gardener Peak: Trail maintenance
- This trail will start and Bogus Basin and parallel the east side of the ridge road. A lot of work was completed this fall and phase one will be completed in the spring of 09.
- National Trails Day: Trails near Idaho City
- Wilson Creek: The singage for the trails in the Owyhees (Wilson RD) were completed in 08. SWIMBA was instamental in the maping and implementation of the non-motorized designation.
- Rock Island Extention: Completed fall of 09 boy R2R with support from SWIMBA.
- In 2008 more work will be accomplished.
- Watchman Trail: Built by R2R and partialy funded by SWIMBA.
